We have a court date!! February 5, 2010.

This morning we received an email from HIC and found out that we have a Court Date of February 5th. We are thrilled! The adoption packages for Madelyn and Isaac will be brought before a Taiwan judge, he reads over everything, asks the Power of Attorney folks questions, and then renders a decision: yay, nay, or "I'd like to think about it for several months, and as a pretense I'd like more documents or information."  Our friends, the Higginbothams who adopted in 2009 via the same agency got their little girl about 8 weeks after the court date, so hopefully we will be as lucky.  Our babies are getting older every day and the clock is ticking. We can't wait to bring them home and start loving and feeding them.....although Isaac seems to be feeding quite well based on pictures and his reported weight!
