Yesterday, we all went to the Bremerton Court House and stood before a judge for the final "readoption ruling" This allowed us to get re-issued birth certificates in their American names, we also were able to apply for their passports in the same visit, so it was a true success. Our children are now legally: Madelyn Torii and Isaac Benjamin. We celebrated with a tasty lunch afterwards, then Joel had to go back to work.
