Expectations can certainly be a cause of friction in relationships. Particularly when they're not met (place your favorite insult here). I was feeling pretty proud of myself for finally sitting down and starting our blog, patting myself on the proverbial back - I could just imagine the praise and gratitude I would be receiving.
Ever see one of those half-empty party balloons on it's last few molecules of helium, sitting half-collapsed on the floor? That pretty much describes me after the one-liner: "Didn't you say you were going to start this 2 months ago?"
Of course, tonight she's giddy because someone left a comment - thank you for the lift!
Without further ado, here's the short video that we received with our initial referral. Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteShe is so beautiful! I wish we were there to babysit for you. BTW Joel, GREAT JOB on this blog. Eli is about 2 years late on ours - he was suppose to start one when we moved to Okinawa and now we are already back in VA. This is such a great way to keep in touch.

Thanks Terri. I wish we had some updated pictures. I'm not going to lie, there was a little bit of nagging on my behalf to get Joel to start this blog, so I understand where you are coming from.
