Leaving for Taiwan tomorrow!

The time has finally come. We leave for our long awaited trip to bring home our children this weekend.

Tonight, we went to the store and bought two backpacks because we realized we won't have enough hands free to manage our carry-on luggage with strollers in tow. So many things to learn!

We've realized that we are coming to the end of an era, that of having expendable cash, leisurely meals at restaurants, spur of the minute day trips, sleeping in on the weekend, household updates (well, we won't miss that last one terribly!). The new era begins, with the majority of my paycheck going for childcare, eating take-out, trips to the pediatrician for vaccinations and checkup's, not sleeping in on the weekend.......

But we can't help ourselves, and we can't wait. Our life seems incomplete without them, and we don't even have them yet. On to Taiwan!
